Owners will say “But I walk him for 2 hours a day'. Yes but it was two hours without any structure. He was off lead or ahead of the owner, doing his own damn thing. After two hours of practising independence and wilfulness wtf would he come back home and feel like respecting everyone's stuff? Structured exercise is very different to the typical dawdle and non stop mayhem that passes for a walk these days.
