I grew up in eastern NC and that Almost pulled a muscle trying to give AF shirt. We don’t make pulled pork, chopped with a clever with some skin and fat in the mix is how we like it. Putting bbq sauce on good Carolina Que is blasphemy! Anyone that knows how to bbq a shoulder, you don’t leave to the skin on yeah, all that seasoning is getting through to the meat. Next time when you do a commercial for a product, use someone that can grill. Carolina when did you get your own pulled pork style?!
